Transparent navbar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Bottom system navbar in TG is not transparent, which is among many outdated design choices, but which isn't fixed in exG

Describe the solution you'd like Could be great if exG supported setting navbar to transparent at least in lists, like in Google Messages etc.
