Keyboard auto-closes on double click 'edit' action

Describe the bug When 'hide keyboard on scroll' is on and double click action is set to 'edit', double click will sometimes hide the keyboard.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set the aforementioned settings
  2. Go to a chat
  3. Open keyboard
  4. Double click on a message you want to edit
  5. Observe the keyboard hide

Expected behavior Movement caused by entering the editing interface is not considered scrolling, and the keyboard is not hidden; or the keyboard is force opened when entering the editing interface.

  • Device: Pixel 4a 5G
  • OS: Android 14
  • Version: 9.7.6
