Documentation issue: how to use configuration files

Hi, first of all thank you for providing this great tool. I cannot get the configuration file working (html-config.xml), namely no matter what I change in the file the tool seems to behave always in the same way and I cannot find any related documentation. Should the configuration file be placed in the same folder where the .exe is? Or in a different folder?
