1) How to get Guild/User ID?

User Settings > Advanced > Enable Developer Mode. After that, right click on a guild/user > Copy ID

Go to Discord in your browser, login, press CTRL+SHIFT+J and paste:

4) How to compile the project?

Install Visual Studio 2022 and .NET 6 SDK. After that, open the Solution file (.sln) or C# Project file (.csproj). On the menu bar, choose Build > Build Solution (CTRL+SHIFT+B). The files will appear in ..\bin\Debug\net6.0 folder.
