The pages that don't exist should be added with the en content.

The uz pages that don't have translation are OK, and are candidates for translation. This is how the 18n setup works--I thought this was documented somewhere, but I can't seem to find it atm.

This doesn't matter anymore, everything is now handled with Crowdin. What we need are volunteers who want to maintain the languages.
