Rather outdated snyk guide in `Production Best Practices: Security`

The snyk wizard command, shown in the Production Best Practices: Security guide, is not available in recent snyk CLI releases dated 31 March 2022 onward. More on this in snyk update.

Since the snyk wizard can only be run from older versions of snyk CLI. I suggest either*:

• removing the snyk wizard guide completely
• rewriting the guide with the suggested alternative(snyk ignore)

* any other alternatives much welcomed!
