We had an option discussion around a moderation team and policy, this is related and since it came up on today's CPC call I wanted to file an issue to track these updates so we didn't forget.
For example, we should be linking to the openjs one, not the CC version directly: https://github.com/expressjs/express/blob/master/Code-Of-Conduct.md
We decided that OpenJS will handle all CoC reports, and the updates are already being made in https://github.com/expressjs/discussions/issues/349. I'm going to close this because I believe https://github.com/expressjs/discussions/issues/349 should resolve it, but feel free to reopen it if you think it doesn't
