Inconsistency of border for settings sections between themes

Light theme seems to have a blue border around sections in settings while dark theme does not. VSCode 1.83.0 on macOS.

I achieved the border by clicking between sections. Doing exactly the same in dark theme doesn't cause the border to appear.
