Get artifacts links as result

Description of the feature

It would return url values for artifacts that have been build during the action

Motivation

So that we can post link elsewhere, such as a Slack channel

Additional context

I'd like to have a Slack channel where team members can find latest available internal builds

This would also be useful for posting source maps to error & performance monitoring tools like Sentry and Bugsnag: https://docs.expo.dev/guides/using-sentry/#uploading-source-maps-for-updates
