Expo Dev Tools Expose Connected Devices

It would be super helpful if the Expo DevTools plugin exposed which clients are currently connected. That way, DevTools could show a device connection status.

I created tanstack-query-dev-tools-expo-plugin, a React Query DevTools plugin for Expo, but it’s limited in features because this connection info isn’t available to us.
