Missing version 10.0.0 in various packages

Summary

The README in these packages refer to version 10.0.0 when using Expo 53, but that version seems to be missing. Npm shows that versions skip 10.0.0 altogether

Not sure if this is a missing version or maybe the docs are showing v10.0.0 when they should be showing v11.0.0?
