docs(react-native-branch): Update version table

Why

react-native-branch config plugin versions were updated for SDK 53 here: https://github.com/expo/config-plugins/pull/272/files#diff-b98ca72eb81165713387e404eb29cb4508ed56f83630ba5e7755db0870a33706.

This commit updates the dependency table in the README to match.

I've tried react-native-branch v10.0.0 with expo SDK 53 and it's not working for iOS : https://github.com/expo/config-plugins/issues/283
