Native Module cannot be null

On fresh install I'm getting a "native module cannot be null" red screen. Dumped my node_modules and tried installs with both yarn and npm. Also ran expo start -c but still getting the error.

@FrederickEngelhardt Did you end up figuring this out? I'm also getting this error, along with (when reloading the simulator), the occasional Unhandled JS Exception: Requiring module "fetch", which threw an exception: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: self
