psutil.AccessDenied: psutil.AccessDenied Error when run train by spacy-ray

I used spacy-ray with --n-workers 2 to train a text categorization model and after running I'm getting psutil.AccessDenied: psutil.AccessDenied (pid=x) error. I'm using windows and the problem didn't solve by running as administrator and these things :).
