Multisite Network Activation - Sub Sites Access and Upload Backup

Great plugin, thank you so much for your time in dev / creating it.

Currently, software only allows for Network Level Activation. However, Revisr management is possible on EVERY blog, not just main, although restricted it seems to Super Admin. As Revisr gets activated on every blog, it creates a folder in the site's upload directory for backup. Issue is, backup performed would dump the entire Network DB in the blog site.

This seems not necessary, and potentially, a security/administration concern.

Proposed solution: Move Revisr Dashboard into Network level. Or (Less desirable): Allow for Single Site activation, so the plugin can be activated only on the blod administering the DB and repo (Most likely Main Blog).
