Segfault in some pointer to pointer schenerio

all cester cester_assert_ptr_not_equal, cester_assert_str_equal is causing segfault in a pointer to pointer scenerio, fix in libcester

Debugged the issue down to cester_concat_str, the issue is trying to free the *out variable that was never malloced, I guess. in line 991
