Derive exposure time integrated celerite model with variable exposure times

This should be possible using semi-separable matrices, but it'll take a little bit of reimplementation in the backend. Hopefully it's not too terrible!

I worked out some of the math for this - I can TeX it up at some point, but not sure where it should go...
