Update ftp site with latest databases releases
Hello, I would like to know if it possible to upload the newest exomiser database release (v. 2508 ) at FTP?
I noticed that the latest version on FTP is v. 2406.
@julesjacobsen Hello, what is exomiser team position about data storage?
Links in README are pointing to FTP: https://github.com/exomiser/Exomiser/blob/master/README.md#download-and-installation
But last 3 releases from here https://github.com/exomiser/Exomiser/discussions/categories/data-release are missing on that FTP.
There are several questions about it (https://github.com/exomiser/Exomiser/discussions/593#discussioncomment-12474281) and no answers.
It is best to go to https://github.com/exomiser/Exomiser/discussions for the latest software and database links. The db releases are now on globus rather than FTP.
We will update the README to avoid confusion.

Thank you for the answer, but what about file path for scripts? We are using fixed path with only version change:
https://data.monarchinitiative.org/exomiser/data/2402_hg38.zip -> https://data.monarchinitiative.org/exomiser/data/2406_hg38.zip
==
https://data.monarchinitiative.org/exomiser/data/ + (2402 -> 2406) + _hg38.zip
Can we use globus path same way or it can change?

- https://g-879a9f.f5dc97.75bc.dn.glob.us/data/2502_hg38.zip
- https://g-879a9f.f5dc97.75bc.dn.glob.us/data/2410_hg38.zip
Is https://g-879a9f.f5dc97.75bc.dn.glob.us/data always fixed?
Yes - the globus link should stay the same for the foreseeable future.

Thanks, we'll switch to globus link. It will be great to have all that info in readme in the future.
