Improve documentation: some dependency missed and causing /usr/local/cuda/include/cuda.h: No such file or directory

Hello, Team. Trying following manual to have env installed on Debian, seems like something else required, getting:

Could you please advise. Thanks. This needed to verify CUDNN according to https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/cudnn/latest/installation/linux.html#verifying-the-install-on-linux
