Test Installation from scratch using KVM over IP

A blind spot for testing is installation / bootstrapping for a normal user. For example, a user ran into an issue with RDMA because they didn't have RDMA enabled #1004

It would be great if we had a way to test installing EXO from a fresh mac. This can be done using KVM over IP.

Just confirming that's a "keyboard video & mouse over ip" not a "kernel-based virtual machine"?
