Improve built-in documentation (Ctrl + Q)

Current documentation is only proof of concept so there is still a lot of room for improvement. All text descriptions for classes, methods and fields are already included in plugin files (src/main/resources/version/) so they just need to be parsed and converted to HTML (original tags are in BBCode).
