Tweak language and formatting in `protein-translation/description.md`

  • Remove extraneous => for consistency
  • Remove redundant "after" (given "subsequent")
  • Wikipedia just calls them "stop codons," not "STOP codons," but I italicized instead as a way to introduce a new term
