handle generation of equality tests

The spec for clock has lots of equality checks - the generator does this very badly - wanting to create tests that assert equals to a dictionary vs. 2 instances.

Need to think this one through as clock ended up with lots of rb rewrite work

Solution implemented in master -tested on bracket push but needs a regen of remaining exercises
