Batch update metadata and exercise docs

Just the result of running ./bin/configlet sync --docs --filepaths --metadata -uy for now. I'll get Delphi Pascal set up on my Windows workstation next week and start working through some of the updates to exercise tests as needed.

Sure, I can do individual PRs for exercises with both test suites and documents to update. Any remaining exercises with just documents to update can still be batched at the end since those won’t require as close of a review.
