meta-issue: update issues as appropriate with exercise name changes

exercise improvement issues currently reflect the concept names of the principal concept introduced by the exercise. This will be very confusing to casual / first-time maintainers. We should ensure all issues make sense in this regard to help ensure newbies have a warm welcome.
