build: integration tests are not run for cross compiled executable

Follow-up from https://github.com/exercism/configlet/commit/0e8d6659e43dbf0628abcd5ba477e0a011a7058a

I did basic manual testing of every configlet command with the cross compiled executable using qemu. But it'd be best if we can run the integration tests with qemu in CI.
