Add Scrabble Score blog post

Hi! As discussed on Discord, I'm submitting an adapted version of my latest blog post (about #48in24's Scrabble Score) to feature on the community blog. I had to do a little more editing than I initially expected - I referenced past blog posts a few times, which wouldn't work so well here.
