Better rules management

If possible, i'td be nice to have tules organized in groups of list (groups being: name, substring, etc...) instead of a giant list where it's hell to add anything that isn't a name. It'd nice to also be able to use an icon for multiple rules (like setting a substring named ttf and another named font to a same icon instead of having to set 2 rules)
