Would it be possible for the program to re-lit the Switch's screen when system ui is detected and then turn it back off when its not? Additionnaly, adding a message like "system ui is triggered" or something like that in sysdvr client when it happen.
Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Stop streaming then change games then stream again, it is tiresome.
Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
Changing game by just glancing at the game icon from far distance and know when to pair controller if asked by the system instead of wondering for a moment why the streamed video stopped.
The OS may stop streaming for a variety of reasons not sure if there's a way to detect it aside from "no more data is coming". Also currently there's no mechanism in the protocol to dynamically turn on or off the screen so i'd have to account for that.
I'll think about this but it's probably more effort than it's worth since you can just stop sysdvr to turn on the screen again and then relaunch it manually. You can also write a launcher script to automatically reconnect to your console.
Thanks, but I'm using the sysdvr client mostly on androidtv. I was just wondering since it can improve QoL
