Lags in record with NVENC

Hi there, I've been using your plugin for a while now and tried every settings there is in the plugin. I got 2 records. one for the Camera and one for the gameplay. Unfortunately both records are laggy, when I use the NVENC settings and my CPU bursts into 100%. When I use the NVIDIA NVENC H.264 Encoder, the recordings are very good, but than it only records the current (shown) scene. (CPU is at ~80% and GPU at ~90% but all clear and lagfree) Sounds like an easy fix and would be awesome :)

Nvidia NVENC H.264 is currently not supported: https://github.com/exeldro/obs-source-record/issues/9#issuecomment-862443101
