[Repro steps] Source Record causing indefinite hanging with nested scenes

Source Record causes OBS to hang indefinitely when closing OBS/Changing Scene Collection when the following structure is met:

'Scene' & 'Scene 2' has a Source Record filter on them. This will indefinitely hang using either 'Replay buffer' or 'Always' on recording when switching Scene Collection or closing OBS.

Steps:

1. Create a Main Scene
2. Create a Scene
3. Create a Scene 2
4. Add Source Record to Scene & Scene 2
5. Change it to Replay Buffer or Always Record
6. Add Scene & Scene 2 as Nested Scene to Main Scene

Change Scene Collection/Close OBS.
