Replay Length not equal to Buffer in Filter Settings

I have my replay buffer length in Source Record set to 25 seconds, but the output is only 22 seconds.

My Replay Buffer in my Output settings is 20 seconds. Is Source Record perhaps averaging these two (and rounding down)?

it depends on the keyframes, recordings in OBS are cut to the keyframes

Okay so what keyframes we have to use? We need the same lenght as in the options

You can force keyframes to be created every second in the options for your recording settings, that should at least get you closer to the configured 25s, but still won't be 100% exact duration every time.
