Deleting a scene item with a 'Source Record' filter on, does not delete the output backend.

Using WS you can GetOutputList and see that the output still exists, and is probably the reason for a crashes and issues. I know it prompts you that OBS wasn't closed properly when you boot it up again after.

1. Create Scene Item, Media Source looped footage works
2. Add Source Record
3. Enable replay buffer.
4. Delete Scene Item
5. Request GetOutputList to OBS.

Close OBS and open again and output is gone.
