Duplicate files but one has no data

I think I may have figured out my initial Source Record issue but now when I hit "Stop Streaming" or "Stop Recording" I end up with 2 files. One is only a few hundred KB's while the other is the full video file. Any idea how to get that secondary file to not show up every time?
