MacOS Issue: Merging Browser Dock into Window Causes Window Switcher Malfunction and OBS Interface Breakage

On macOS, when creating a browser dock, merging it into the window causes the window switcher panel to malfunction. It also breaks the OBS interface. This issue only occurs on macOS.
