Saved replay files out of sync

I run my replays at 40% speed, and when the replays are saved in .flv format the audio is playing at 100% speed and the video is still at 40% speed, so they are totally out of sync. Would like to either be able to save the file at 100% speed or 40% speed with audio synced to that speed.
