Crashing on startup

Initial install worked (latest 1.6.12) and I was able to configure a replay source, but at some point in the process it crashed and I was not able to continue even after removing the source/reinstalling the plugin. OBS continued to crash on startup until I uninstalled the plugin, crash log below.
