Saved replays are encoded incorrectly

Replays capture and play normally when inside OBS, but when playing back either the FLV or AVI that is saved, the video is turned green and the first frame of the video is held for various lengths of time.

This appears to be the issue regardless of what source the replay is capturing.

Using version 1.6.9 of the plugin and version 27.1.3 of OBS.
