Scene filters don't work

During the transition the filters that are on both scenes are not applied.

Workaround: Apply filter on sources only.

It would be nice if switching between scenes which includes another scene, to match the contents.

i.e.

- Scene A
  - Scene C
- Scene B
  - Scene C
- Scene C
  - Source X

If we switch from Scene A to Scene B, would be so great if the Scene C is detected and does the smooth transition :)
