Move Video Capture Device Filter for Linux

Is Move Video Capture Device Filter available in Linux?

I have tried a number of options but it does not show up in the filters list.

Move Video Capture Device Filter seems to be exactly what we need for moving our Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera to preset positions.

I just got one of the amazing OBSBOT Tiny 4K AI-Powered Auto Tracking PTZ Webcam's And yeah, would love to know if PTZ can work on linux.
