Output levels reset after OBS restart

After restarting OBS all of my outputs are reset to 100% (thought visually the fader is still latched to where it was last).

My fix has been to move the fader slightly and then back into place. I've only tested this on Windows and with VB-Audio virtual cables and my Mix-pre3

To help for future bug, please share more details on your system & how to reproduce this bug.

Please help by providing : OBS version (in Help > About menu) Plugin version used (can see in the log file)

Close OBS, do a clean start and re-launch, do the step you are describing and then Help > Log Files > Upload last log files. and provide the link here.
