Indent MyST Markdown examples

Indenting nested directives (see https://github.com/executablebooks/MyST-Parser/issues/493#issuecomment-1009276878) will make the examples more readable

I guess the only thing is that this won't "work" with colon-fence's intended purpose; to have CommonMark renderers render the internal Markdown
