Functionality/documentation for adding alt text to image labels

I'd like to be able to add alt text to the images in the sphinx panels. I couldn't see anything about this in the documentation.

Value / benefit

It would improve the accessibility of pages that use sphinx-panels.

Right now the alt-text is some dummy text, as mentioned in #111
