Can't have a source called `build.md` or similar in Juypter Book 2?
There seems to be an exclusion for file names like this, and I couldn't figure out how to disable it. I see in this repo for v2 docs/start/build.md -> docs/start/build-websites.md. But I would prefer to call mine just build.md if possible...
@zmoon can you provide more details as to what you're seeing? I think you might be referring to the automatic detection of files if you do not have a table of contents (toc) section. Is that right?
Hi @agoose77 sorry I know I did not describe it well. It happens with both the auto toc and with manual. The file is detected and shows up in the nav, but if I go to the page, 404. Based on the HTML builder output, it seems this may be related to the build directory that is produced that contains assets and such.
