Fix the action of the slideover controller

The action of the slideover controller is not correct (#113 ). So, it is fixed as slideover#toggle.

Thanks found this after fighting with hide not working.

@excid3, shouldn't this be merged?

This should probably also be changed in the slideover.js's example comment https://github.com/excid3/tailwindcss-stimulus-components/blob/master/src/slideover.js
