[FEATURE REQUEST] Implementation of G-BATTLE and the ability to toggle "GUIDE SE" in game

With the growing population of Internet Rankings as well as the implementation of LR2IR-RO (LR2IR Read-Only), the addition of a way to browse the IR scoreboard of a specific song within song select (like LR2, holding down button 4) would be a welcome quality-of-life change.

Furthermore, based on that, the addition of a G-BATTLE mode would also be very useful, in order to essentially replicate a player's random seed from the scoreboard. This would further close the difference gap between LR2 and beatoraja in terms of features.

Lastly, I believe it would be convenient to be able to toggle "GUIDE SE" from within music select. Perhaps it can be added as an option within the ASSIST settings?
