Rock is missing files (bvh, bound2/3)

Installation as suggested - luarocks install --server=http://luarocks.org/dev cpml - leaves out a few files, and requiring causes interpreters to get stuck on a missing bvh.lua. I'm not sure how luarocks handles things, but I can see that bvh.lua is not listed in the rockspec here or on luarocks.org.
