The PHP distributed by RHEL and CentOS doesn't seem to know about the conf.d and cli/conf.d directories, so I patched this to make it just dump those .ini files into $php::config_dir. This might not be the cleanest way to do things, but it seems to be what the PHP build on RHEL/CentOS understands.

@alvagante did you have any questions on this? It's been open quite a while and we would like to just use the Forge version of this module as opposed to a local fork.

Hi, sorry for the lack of response, this was totally lost in dust. The module is no more maintained anymore, if you assure me this works and doesn't provide backwards compatibility issues, I'll be glad to merge. Also, if you want, I can give you maintainer status and let you manage it more freely. Sorry again
