No code in project

I followed the install guide

exakat init -p repo -R https://github.com/notflip/repo.git -git -v

I then try to run using exakat project -p repo

Which returns Error : No code in project 'repo' on file phar:///usr/src/exakat/exakat/library/Exakat/Tasks/Project.php on line 76
