[🔨 build] (fun): add more result ANSI cats to the catlog.js (multiple assignee allowed)

As an ESL contributor sometimes I want to be pleasantly surprised or just have some nice funny and cute things in my working routine.

Request to extend build/catlog.js "fun" script that prints nice console cats after successful test/lint step with more cat samples to display.

See ANSI_CATS array. Creative approach, any cleanups, and suggestions are welcomed here )
